Elite Technique Intensive 2025
July 14th-18th | Full-Day Training | Showcase July 19th 5:30pm-6:30pm
This isn’t your average summer camp. The Elite Technique Intensive is four days of focused, no-nonsense training designed to refine your skills, build strength, and elevate your artistry just in time for the upcoming season.
Dancers will train in:
Ballet
Contemporary technique
Conditioning & flexibility
Progressions & across-the-floor work
Classical variations & choreography
Pointe (for eligible dancers)
Expect long days of hard work, sweaty floors, and breakthrough moments. This intensive is built for dancers who are ready to push themselves, fine-tune their technique, and take their training to the next level.
We’ll wrap up with a Showcase on Friday, July 19th, where dancers will perform the variations and pieces they've worked on throughout the week for family and friends.
Who is this for?
Serious dancers looking to sharpen their technical foundation, challenge themselves, and head into the next season stronger and more prepared than ever.
