Kaylan Gardner is a native of Michigan and has performed since the age of 6. She is trained in many styles of dance including ballet, jazz, modern, tap, contemporary, hip hop. Throughout her youth, she was a successful competitive dancer earning numerous titles, awards, and scholarships from notable competitions and conventions. Kaylan currently attends Point Park University obtaining a BFA in dance with a concentration in modern along with a minor in business management. She has performed in televised events such as the Wayne County Light Fest and Detroit Pistons halftime show. Appearances also include commercials and dance videos, promotional and corporate events. After moving to Pittsburgh, PA Kaylan has trained with renowned choreographers Phil Orsano, Garfield Lemonius, Martha Nichols, Kiesha Lalama, Winston Brown and Maleek Washington of Camille A. Brown Dance Company. She performed as the featured soloist in works set by Penny Saunders, “Play-By-Play” and Al Blackstone “Margot”. She is dedicated and committed to excellence within her craft and continues to perform and teach around the country.
