Mini team members (Ages 4-7) EDF Mini dancers will compete in two different local competitions. They will study ballet, tap and jazz. They will also perform in the annual Dance Showcase. Solo/Duet opportunities will be at the discretion of the studio director. This means that they are required to be in 1-2 hours of choreography classes, and at least 2 hours of technique.

Petite, Junior, Teen and Senior Teams (Ages 8-18) will compete in a minimum of two different local competitions and a studio selected National Competition. Dancers on the Apprentice or Advanced teams will travel to 1 additional regional competition. All dancers will also perform in the annual Dance Showcase.

They will study ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and lyrical. Dancers will be required to take Cecchetti and technique classes. Extra practice times will be scheduled as required. Dancers are required to be in at least 3 hours of choreography classes, and 3+ hours of technique.

The competition team offers opportunities for dancers aged 4-18.

For dancers under the age of 7, we recommend at least 2 years of dance class.

For dancers 8+ we recommend at least 3-5 years of dance class.

No experience competing is required.
